Four steps take you from a first conversation to equipment running at a U.S. site — with a local team behind it at every stage.
A 20-minute call to review your products, your target market, and any live North American RFQ. You bring the product and the opportunity; we bring an honest read on where you stand — code gaps, delivery risks, and what the owner will actually ask.
What you send us: a product overview and, if you have one, the owner or EPC specification. What you get: a practical next step, whether or not that step involves us.
Entity, insurance, and rep network — the local presence U.S. owners ask for before a purchase order. We set up the structure that lets you quote as a U.S.-backed supplier: a U.S. entity, CGL and product liability coverage, and regional representatives who know your product.
What you get: a U.S. technical contact on your quotations, a managed rep network, and pre-qualification answers that no longer stall on 'who stands behind this equipment in the United States?'
We join technical clarifications, close code gaps, and coordinate local assembly and FAT. This is where most imported-equipment bids are won or lost: the TQ round, the submittal review, and the witness test. We stay in the room — in U.S. time zones, in the reviewer's language — until the equipment is accepted.
What you get: TQ responses that land, submittals that match the specification, and a FAT the customer attends with confidence.
Local delivery, commissioning support, spare parts, and field troubleshooting. The first installation is where a U.S. reputation is made: we support start-up on site, keep spares within reach, and answer the phone when the plant calls — so the second order is easier than the first.
What you get: a reference installation, a spares position, and a customer who will take your call on the next project.
